Gabriel Gutierrez has distinguished himself as a leading figure in the homebuilding industry and operational excellence, boasting over a decade of experience that includes constructing more than 200 homes worth $345 million and being recognized as the best builder in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. His remarkable journey includes pivotal roles such as Construction Manager at Coventry Homes (MHI), where he was awarded “Best Home Builder” annually for his unmatchedquality and efficiency, and at My Country Homes, contributing significantly to the company’s success.

Additionally, as the Owner/CEO of ArcAngel Construction, he enhanced retail spaces across DFW with cost-effective remodels. Prior to his achievements in homebuilding,  Gabriel’s 25-year tenure at Airbus Group, Inc., saw him excel as Manager of ContinuousImprovement, where he saved the company over $3 billion through Lean Six Sigma methodologies, managed up to 240 employees, and led global operational improvements. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami, Gabriel’s expertise spans both detailed craftsmanship in construction and strategic operationalenhancements, making him a paragon of industry excellence and innovation.

Gabe and his wife “Sammie” have a family of 3 children and one granddaughter. They love riding horses together, sporting events and living life on a farm.

With over two decades of banking experience, Andre has distinguished himself as a pivotal figure in finance, successfully funding over $2 billion in commercial loans across the United States.

His career, highlighted by roles at prominent institutions such as GE Capital, Cohen Financial, and Zions Bank National Real Estate, demonstrates his mastery in structuring debt and equity for major companies and arranging diverse financing solutions for construction projects from residential subdivisions to expansive mixed-use developments. Andre’s financial expertise extends to various funding avenues, including conventional banks, private institutions, CMBS securitization, insurance/pension funds, and SBA loans. As a Chief Financial Officer for a hospitality company, he further showcased his operational and financial prowess, underpinned by a hands-on real estate background rooted in family-led home remodeling and sales, embodying the ethos “You can’t get hurt with dirt.” His educational credentials from W.P. Carey School of Global Business at Arizona State University, with a BS in International Finance and Global Leadership, complement his comprehensive experience, making him a formidable force in both the strategic and operational facets of finance and business management.

Andre and his wife, Melissa, have 4 children. They spend time at sport events, theater, and vacationing to extended family.

Josh has over 12 years of experience in the commercial construction industry in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area, where he has successfully owned and operated a thriving construction company. Throughout his career, he has worked on a diverse range of projects, including retail spaces, industrial facilities, medical centers, hospitality venues, religious buildings, and educational institutions.

Having completed over 25 commercial projects, Josh specializes in various aspects of construction—from development and ground-up builds to remodels and finish-outs. In addition to his commercial endeavors, he is an experienced residential home builder, bringing the same dedication and attention to detail to creating beautiful, functional homes. A passionate professional who enjoys modern architecture with minimalist qualities and working with numbers for real estate projects and investments, Josh also values creativity and building meaningful relationships.

Outside of work, Josh loves worshiping and walking with the Lord and cherishes his beautiful wife of 16 years, Chelsea, and their four amazing children—Daniel, Isabelle, Emma, and Naomi—as well as their beloved Shar-Pei dog, Hunnee. His passion for excellence and commitment to delivering unmatched quality have earned him a reputation as a trusted partner in the industry, consistently exceeding client expectations while contributing positively to the communities he serves.

Alex is a highly experienced financial analyst and real estate developer with over 23 years of expertise in asset management, commercial real estate construction, and development. He has a proven track record of working with small and mid-cap companies, focusing on driving superior returns through strategic financial planning and operational management.

Previously, Alex managed more than $2 billion in assets at Oppenheimer Real Estate Funds, where he worked with high-net-worth clients and institutional investors to optimize financial performance and achieve above-average profits. His experience as an investment account manager highlights his expertise in financial oversight and strategic investment. In addition to his financial acumen, Alex brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in commercial real estate construction, specializing in tenant finish-out, the importation of materials, and sourcing and installation of finished Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E). His comprehensive knowledge of the construction process ensures that every project, from planning through execution, meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. In the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, Alex has successfully renovated 20 restaurants, with project costs exceeding $35 million. As CFO of Varieon Inc., he reduced general expenses by over 25% in just 1.5 years, showcasing his ability to drive operational efficiency.

Currently, he is active in the Texas commercial real estate market, advising on sale-leaseback transactions, 1031 exchanges, and development projects. Alex specializes in capital strategy initiatives for mid-cap real estate firms and possesses deep expertise in the due diligence process for closing both debt and equity deals. He holds a double major in Accounting and Economics from Ohio State University. His strong background in development, cost savings, and international logistics positions him as a valuable asset in the commercial real estate landscape, leveraging his expertise to optimize project efficiency and drive value for clients.
