Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day field operations for commercial and residential construction projects throughout the DFW area. This role is essential to ensuring high-quality workmanship, enforcing safety standards, coordinating subcontractors, and keeping projects running efficiently. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in the field, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
On-Site Leadership & Coordination
- Direct daily construction activities and ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and project schedules.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, labor crews, deliveries, equipment, and inspections.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Conduct morning kickoff/coordination meetings with trades and track daily progress.
Quality Control & Workmanship
- Monitor construction quality during each phase and enforce company standards.
- Review and interpret building plans, ensuring proper execution and alignment with project goals.
- Identify workmanship issues early and resolve them efficiently to prevent delays.
- Complete daily logs, progress photos, and quality reports.
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce OSHA standards, company safety protocols, and job site best practices.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and site audits.
- Ensure all personnel on site follow PPE and safety requirements.
Problem-Solving & Communication
- Work closely with the Project Manager to update schedules, address issues, and communicate needs.
- Serve as the on-site contact for clients, inspectors, vendors, and trade partners.
- Anticipate challenges before they arise and propose effective solutions.
Documentation & Reporting
- Assist in tracking materials, deliveries, and equipment usage.
- Report delays, changes, and field conditions to the Project Manager.
- Help verify completion of work for billing, change orders, and inspections.
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of experience in construction supervision (commercial, residential, or both).
- Strong understanding of construction processes, trades, safety protocols, and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work across DFW job sites.
Preferred
- Experience with ground-up builds, tenant finish-outs, remodels, and site development.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital reporting tools (Procore, Buildertrend, etc.).

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial and residential construction projects across the DFW area. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented leader with strong communication skills, proven field experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining outstanding quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution
- Manage all phases of construction projects—from pre-construction planning and scheduling to close-out and final delivery.
- Coordinate site logistics, subcontractors, materials procurement, inspections, and daily field operations.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and local regulations.
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal leadership.
- Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and project updates to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the construction process.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to keep projects moving efficiently.
Budgeting & Documentation
- Develop and manage project budgets, scopes of work, change orders, and cost tracking.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, submittals, RFIs, and punch lists.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure efficient use of labor and materials.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Uphold company standards for craftsmanship, safety protocols, and operational excellence.
- Conduct site safety audits and enforce compliance with OSHA and industry best practices.
- Monitor quality control at each phase to ensure the finished product meets or exceeds expectations.
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of experience in commercial and/or residential construction management.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, reading plans, and coordinating trades.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, or similar).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites within DFW.
Preferred
- Experience with ground-up, tenant finish-out, remodels, and mixed-use construction projects.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects under tight schedules.
- Knowledge of budgeting, estimating, and value-engineering practices.
- Certifications such as PMP, OSHA 30, or LEED accreditation.
